The project gives the area the monumental role of its situation with a façade overlooking Diagonal, bringing together almost all the activities related to production and new technologies in a series of buildings which, like a cascade of boxes, are arranged perpendicular to the avenue, leaving space that flows between them and into the interior of the campus and the neighbourhood.  The project proposes a mix of social groups, uses and activities throughout the sector, seeking to encourage harmonious coexistence between different social groups and variety of uses.
