Due to its location, the building is, at the same time, a street front in an Eixample-type corner and at the same time a singular building, due to the “Vapor Llull” (building adjacent to ours on the side of Carrer Llull) has a defined building height in median of PB +1 that allows to open windows in the median of the project according to the current urban regulations. Therefore, the façade turns towards the interior of the island at this point, giving it the character of an isolated building, understood as the end and end of the built front that starts from the street.
