Lamparaalta

Barcelona, 1983

with Marius Quintana

The Lamparaalta street lamp marked a return to the reflected light of the mid-80s as an ideal way to light public spaces, giving the urban skin a domestic interior quality of light, with blended light and shade and reliable intimacy. This light is particularly suitable for parks and garden areas. It is its authors' homage to Finnish architect and designer Alvar Aalto, one of the great masters of light.
