This building is located at the confluence of Paral.lel Avenue with the Nou de la Rambla street in Barcelona and it accommodates a Geriatric Residence for the elderly and 37 apartments.

The building is split into three parts from the 1st floor to differentiate the uses although pursuing the unit. This unit is achieved by giving prominence to the concrete structure and looking for facade orders on a public building scale and relegating the domestic order to a second term, which is resolved with lightweight facade materials such as aluminum. The corner between the two facades is conceived as a break in the continuity of the building. The corner becomes singular and permits the access to the residence and the location of the common spaces on each floor.
