The plot on which the house stands is on the boundary between a small development of private houses and the centre of the town, in the midst of a grove of young Mediterranean pines.

The house's programme is for a second home for a family of six. The living room, the dining rooms and the kitchen are situated in the upper part, where they enjoy the best views of the bay and Sant Pere de Roda. The bedrooms and the swimming pool are in the lower part.
