The project envisages the construction of a series of artificial reefs just off the Forum seafront to protect the swimming area from storms and to create a zone for sports and leisure activities. The sea comes close to the Forum esplanade, and the zones for aquatic activities interlink with those of the esplanade and the leisure port. A piece of land is displaced toward the sea and is singularized as an island. We contemplate the landscape: from the coast, the island, and from the island, the sea.
